Lynvo Privacy Policy

Lynvo is a personal finance app focused on simplicity, clarity, and monthly control. This Privacy Policy explains, in an objective way, how the app handles user data.

1. Data handled by the app

Lynvo may store information entered by the user, such as:

• income
• expenses
• recurring bills
• category budgets
• custom categories
• app settings
• local notification preferences

This data is used exclusively for the operation of the app.

2. Data storage

By default, Lynvo data is stored locally on the user's device.

In the future, the app may offer synchronization with iCloud / CloudKit, using Apple's infrastructure, to allow backup and sync across devices signed in with the same Apple account. When this feature becomes available, users will be informed inside the app.

3. Local notifications

Lynvo may request permission to send local notifications related to bill payment reminders.

• do not depend on Lynvo's own server
• can be enabled or disabled by the user

4. Data export

The app may allow users to export their own data in formats such as CSV or JSON.

Export is initiated by the user and generates files containing the information registered in the app.

5. Location

Lynvo does not currently depend on location to work.

In the future, the app may offer optional location capture when adding an expense, only as additional context in the financial history. If implemented, users will be informed and may choose whether to grant this permission.

6. Analytics

Lynvo may use analytics in a limited way to understand app usage and improve the product experience.

When this feature is enabled, the app should prioritize usage metrics and navigation events, avoiding the collection of sensitive financial content such as expense names, exact amounts, notes entered by the user, precise location, and names of custom categories.

7. Data sharing

Lynvo does not sell user data.

User data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

If resources such as iCloud/CloudKit or analytics are used, processing will occur according to Apple's infrastructure and/or the technical services integrated into the app.

8. User control

Users may, at any time:

• edit or delete data inside the app
• disable notifications in iPhone settings
• export their data, when the feature is available
• stop using the app at any time

9. Children and teenagers

Lynvo is not specifically directed to children.

10. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated in the future to reflect app improvements, new features, or legal and operational changes.

When necessary, the update date at the top of this document will be changed.
